Adaptive Schools

The series is designed to help participants build collaborative professional cultures that improve student achievement. Participants will gain practical facilitation tools, develop strategies for navigating conflict, learn how to sustain high-functioning learning communities, and strengthen their skills as productive group members. This series is ideal for leadership teams, including administrators, directors, department chairs, teachers, instructional coaches, and other educational professionals. Trainings will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on September 15-16 and October 1-2, 2026, at Davis Lodge, 25449 Davis Lodge Road, Hudson, Illinois 61748.
